CAS has incorporated different seminars and workshops as co curricular programs for its students, such programs mainly focus on current environmental issues like climate change, environmental assessment, chemical management in relation to international conventions.
Training
CAS runs training programs in GIS, Environmental modeling, EIA, Bio-engineering , Chemical Management and Natural Hazards to expose the students to current issues and fields that would be helpful in their professional careers.
Field Works
Environmental Science is a field based subject. We conduct several field works in environmentally significant places. Some of these places include: Kathmandu Valley, Malekhu, Hetauda, Butwal, Palpa, Pokhara, Chitwan, Melamchi, Biratnagar, Rasuwa and ACAP etc.
